Mid-Ohio Food Collective is on a mission to end hunger, but delivering support at scale requires coordination across a web of social service agencies, each managing overlapping data, tools, and touchpoints. The challenge was designing a centralized CRM platform that could unify a fragmented ecosystem without adding complexity.
Discovery began with stakeholders across multiple agencies, mapping how data was collected, where friction lived, and what common ground existed across different services. Rapid prototyping and validation cycles explored how a shared system could work across roles and organizations, with a focus on flexibility, clarity, and speed. The resulting interface made critical information easy to access and act on, supported by a modular design system that MOFC's engineering team could build from and scale with. The platform gives agencies a fuller picture of the individuals they serve, improving coordination and response times across the broader social services network.
